Material of construction

Bright aluminum double curved aerodynamic Vanes with stainless steel rods, shaft, SKF. ZZ bearing and S.S. plates. For maximum weather durability, maximum wind driven Efficiency and rain spill deflection vanes design prevents water entering inside - friction free floating effect mounted on FRP base of required corrugation.

S.S. rod on four sides stabilizes the central shaft to ensure equal weight distribution and reduces stress on fastening joints.

Throat adaptor and base flange are made up of fibre glass reinforced Plastic (FRP) which is strength tested to ensure structural integrity.
